Any person subject to this Code who compels or attempts to compel the commander of any place, vessel, aircraft or other property or any group of members of the military forces to give it up to an enemy or to abandon it, or who strikes the colors or flag to an enemy without proper authority, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 1324, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
