Any person subject to this Code who, without proper authority:\n(1) Sells or otherwise disposes of;\n(2) willfully or through neglect damages, destroys, or loses, or\n(3) willfully or through neglect suffers to be lost, damaged, destroyed, sold or wrongfully disposed of,\nany military property shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 1329, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
