(a) The courts-martial, the law officers, the presidents of other special courts-martial lacking a law officer and the courts of inquiry may, at any time, appoint or remove one or more marshals for said courts from any military personnel available.\n(b) Any marshal shall discharge the usual duties of his office and shall execute the orders and commands as may be ordered by the president or officer of the court and shall perform the acts and duties imposed under this Code.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 1405, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
