Fines imposed by military courts shall be covered into the general funds of the Commonwealth Treasury. These fines shall be collected by the finance and property officer of the National Guard of Puerto Rico or his designated agent and shall be delivered by the latter to the internal-revenue collector of the locality.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 1407, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
