No judicial proceeding whatsoever shall be instituted or brought against the convening authority of a military court, against the law officers or members, or the officers or members of a court of inquiry, board of officers or any person acting under the authority or mandate thereof because of the approval, imposition or execution of any sentence.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 1408, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
