Effective military wills and powers of attorney which shall be filed under the title of 'Military Powers of Attorney and Wills Executed before Judge Advocates' shall be valid provided they are not revoked by the testator or mandator pursuant to the provisions of legislation in effect.\nIn the event that the original military wills or powers of attorney are lost or destroyed, and such a fact is certified to the Director of the Office of Notarial Inspection by the Judge Advocate, the certified copies thereof filed in this office shall be valid pursuant to the provisions of § 2905 of this title.\nHistory —July 2, 1987, No. 77, p. 271, § 7.
