In the event that this Trust is abolished or that it is stripped of the functions described by this chapter for just cause, without a public body or entity to succeed it in its functions, its real assets and chattels shall be removed to the control and custody of the National Guard, and its funds and securities to the control and custody of the Secretary of the Treasury, to be used for the benefit of the National Guard, as provided by law.\nHistory —July 23, 1991, No. 23, § 20.
