Every professional association member who is also a member of the Reserve Components of the Armed Forces and of the Active Forces in regular active service outside of Puerto Rico for more than one year, shall be exempted from complying with continuing education requirements during said period of active service. Likewise, every professional association member of the State Guard in active state service shall be exempted from compliance with continuing education requirements during said period.
