Any member of the Force who has been trained in the use and handling of firearms is hereby authorized to use his/her regulation weapon and obtain ammunition for target practice in gun clubs, armories or target shooting clubs, subject to the regulations adopted for such purposes by the Superintendent.\nHistory —June 10, 1996, No. 53, § 21, eff.
