Whenever the usufructuary shall wish to benefit from any type of assistance granted by the Government of the United States, any condition imposed upon the usufructuary under the express provisions or by authority of §§ 48a—48g of this title shall be subject to or modified, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of the federal legislation and regulations authorizing said assistance, all without prejudice to the provisions of §§ 48c and 48d of this title.
