The Secretary of Health is authorized to condition in the district hospitals, isolation pavilions for contagious diseases, and for such purpose, the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000), or such part thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from any funds in the Commonwealth Treasury not otherwise appropriated; the Secretary of Health is also authorized to apply for financial aid from the proper federal agency, in order to carry out the conditioning or construction of these pavilions.
