The reports made under the provisions of this chapter shall be of a confidential nature and shall not be disclosed to the public; Provided, however, That they may be furnished to the judges, prosecutors, policemen or peace officers, for proper action. History —June 19, 1964, No. 65, p. 172, § 3.
