The Commission for the Control of Radiation is hereby created.The Commission shall consist of the Secretary of Health and the Secretary of Labor and Human Resources, or their representatives, and a third person conversant with the matter, to be appointed by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and who shall not belong in any of the departments above mentioned.The Commission shall hold at least four regular meetings a year and such special meetings as it may deem necessary.
