A Radiation Advisory Board is hereby created.The Radiation Advisory Board shall consist of five (5) members who shall be appointed by, and shall hold office at the will of, the Commission.The members of the Board must possess scientific training and experience in radiology, nuclear medicine, atomic energy, radiation or radiation physics or related sciences, with specialization in ionizing radiation; but there shall be not more than two (2) specialists in any one field.The Board shall hold at least four (4) regular meetings a year and such special meetings as it may deem necessary.
