The Department of Health and the Municipal Government of Vieques are hereby authorized to provide health services to the population of Vieques and Culebra as required, through the utilization of the existing health facilities in the municipality of Vieques, within a system to be determined by the Secretary of Health himself with the advice of the mayor of Vieques.
