For the purpose of §§ 298—298c of this title the following terms shall have the meaning expressed hereunder, unless otherwise inferred from its context:(a) Director. — Shall mean the Director of the Central Personnel Administration Office of Puerto Rico.(b) Secretary. — Shall mean the Secretary of Health of Puerto Rico.(c) Corps. — Shall mean the Special Health Service Corps created by §§ 298—298c of this title.(d) Administration. — Shall mean the Health Facilities and Services Administration of Puerto Rico created by §§ 337—337m of this title and any Administration that is created in the future, attached to the Department of Health.
