Upon the approval of this act, the funds for the construction and modernization of health facilities shall be covered into the Health Fund which shall be bolstered, among others, from the funds still available upon the repeal of Act No. 50 of May 7, 1947, as amended, and from such appropriations as may be made hereafter for such purposes, in addition to the reimbursement or payments made by the federal government to the Department of Health as an applicant for projects. The moneys covered into the Health Fund for license fees shall be used for the operation of the Health Facilities and Services Administration.
