The Health Institutions and Facilities Accreditation and Certification Advisory Board, created by § 3016 of this title, shall also be the Advisory Board for the purposes of this chapter. Its members shall receive the same compensation fixed in § 3016 of this title, which creates it, while on official business connected with their duties as assigned by this chapter.
