The Secretary shall suspend the license of the health facility that does not comply with the payment of the contribution to the Administration of the Patient Compensation Fund required by § 4106 of Title 26, or that does not file the proof of financial liability required by § 4108 of Title 26.The Secretary shall reinstate said license as soon as the health facility pays the contribution required and/or files proof of financial liability.
