The Department of Health shall adopt, amend, promulgate and enforce such rules, regulations and standards which, with respect to all the facilities that shall operate hereunder, may further the accomplishment of the purposes of this chapter, as enumerated in § 333 of this title; Provided, That the promulgation of rules and regulations shall be pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 112 of June 30, 1957, and according to the provisions of any other law enacted hereafter to such effect.
