The Secretary of Health is hereby authorized to enter into agreements with physicians and dentists in the private service of their profession, with hospitals, medical centers, health centers, health homes, dispensaries, clinics, pharmaceutical service agencies and other private health institutions, so that they may offer medico-hospital assistance to persons or families certified as eligible to receive said assistance chargeable to public funds as herein provided.
