(a) Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter or of the regulations adopted by virtue thereof, with the exception of §§ 341m and 341n of this title shall incur a misdemeanor. Each day of said violation shall constitute a different and separate crime.(b) Any person who voluntarily and maliciously violates the provisions of § 341m of this title shall incur a fourth degree felony.
