The Corporation shall be excluded from the provisions of Act No. 5 of October 14, 1975, known as the 'Puerto Rico Public Service Personnel Act', as well as from the provisions of the Purchasing and Supply Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and all the regulations promulgated by virtue thereof.It shall, nevertheless, approve General Regulations to implement the provisions of this chapter within ninety (90) days immediately after its effective date.
