Failure to comply without a justified cause with the obligations and responsibilities assumed by the parties under the agreement signed pursuant to the provisions of §§ 74a—74u of this title shall cause the cancellation thereof; provided, that the petitioner of the action has advised the other party thereof at least ninety (90) days prior to the same.Once the contract has been cancelled, the transfer of the personnel, property and funds which have not been used shall be provided as they may correspond to each of the parties.
