The Community Consulting Board, hereinafter denominated as 'the Board', shall be composed of nine (9) members to be appointed by the Mayor for a two (2)-year term. Four (4) of them shall be consumers; one, a physician in the active practice of his profession; one, a professional nurse in the active practice of her profession, two (2) members of the Area Office or the Regional Office of the Department of Health, and one member appointed by the Secretary of Health.
