The duty imposed in § 92a of this title should subsist during the service life of the equipment sold, as certified by its manufacturer.In the case of highly technical repair or maintenance personnel not residing in Puerto Rico, their availability in Puerto Rico within a period of forty-eight (48) hours must be guaranteed.
