As of the effective date of this act, no student or preschool child may be admitted or enrolled in a school, daycare center, or social treatment center, if he is not duly immunized. The registrar or the directors of the daycare center or social treatment centers shall have the responsibility of requiring a certificate of immunization from the student or preschool child. The student, preschool child or his parents or guardians shall have the responsibility of submitting a certificate of immunization to the school, daycare center, or social treatment center in order to be accepted. This provision shall not be applicable to those minors whose admission is ordered by the Court of First Instance, Affairs of Minors. History —Sept. 25, 1983, No. 25, p. 419, § 2.
