The registrar or the director of the daycare center will exclude or not admit any student who does not present a certificate of immunization, is not subject to a temporary enrollment pursuant to the provisions of § 182c of this title, or is not exempt pursuant to the provisions of § 182d of this title. Any student or preschool child, who pretends to attend, or attends a school or daycare center without having complied with the provisions of this chapter, shall not be included in the daily attendance, nor shall he receive state assistance to study in the schools of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.In the case of mandatory enrollments in the social treatment centers, if the student does not have a certificate of immunization on the date of his mandatory enrollment, the procedure to be followed shall be according to the provision contained in the last paragraph of § 182c of this title.
