The Secretary of Health shall be obliged to publish annually, three months before the start of each school term, the diseases against which the students must be immunized, among others; diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, poliomyelitis, German measles, common measles, mumps and any other that the Secretary of Health might see fit to require. The required immunizations and the form and frequency of administering them shall be in accordance with recognized medical practices in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
