The services required to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be included in the health plan card, as well as in prepaid private insurance. The services shall be rendered to students at no cost whatsoever other than the previously established premium.The Departments of Education and Health shall establish the mechanisms necessary so that every student has health insurance coverage, regardless of his/her financial situation. The primary physician of each child or adolescent shall have the responsibility to document the information of the required evaluations in a form prepared by the Department of Education, in collaboration with the Department of Health and the Health Insurance Administration (ASES, Spanish acronym).
