The Secretary of the Treasury shall issue warrants for such amounts as may be necessary pursuant to § 356 of this title and he shall pay the same out of any funds existing in the Treasury of Puerto Rico not otherwise appropriated. History —May 10, 1938, No. 157, p. 337, § 4.
