The amount that shall be deemed necessary for assistance to the Municipality of Ponce to aid in covering the technical expenses and maintenance of the electrotherapeutic equipment for the treatment of cancer, which said municipality has already established in the Trioche Hospital of said municipality, shall be included in the general budget of expenses of the Commonwealth government, in accordance with the provisions of Title II of Act No. 213, approved May 12, 1942.
