The Registry shall adopt rules and regulations as necessary to ensure full compliance with the provisions of this chapter, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedure Act'. The Registry shall provide a copy of such regulations to all parties required to comply with this chapter within one hundred and twenty (120) days after the approval of this act.
