The Secretary of Health is hereby authorized to fix the remuneration in accordance with the functions discharged by the employee, and in accordance with the number of hours he is able to work daily; It being understood That such remuneration shall be computed in accordance with the number of hours worked, and on the basis of the schedule of pay for full-time work applicable to the case. The lodgings and the meals furnished to the employee shall be deducted, as prescribed for the regular employees by the Office of Personnel of the Commonwealth Government.
