The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to place at the disposal of the Secretary of Health, at his request, regular funds in the nature of an advance of the tax levied by § 16 of Act No. 29 of 1935, as well as an advance of such of the receipts from the Lottery of Puerto Rico as are allocated to the antituberculosis hospitals and the district hospitals under § 3 of Act No. 212 of 1938.
