The body piercing studio license shall be valid for a term of three (3) years and must be renewed before the end of the term by means of the payment of a seventy-five-dollar ($75) fee. History —Feb. 8, 2003, No. 73, § 12, eff. 90 days after Feb. 8, 2003.
