Every person who breaches this chapter commit a misdemeanor, and if convicted, shall be sanctioned with a fine of no more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) or a jail term not to exceed six (6) months, or both penalties at the discretion of the court and with the suspension or revocation of the pertinent license.
