The physician, health professional or representative certified by the Department of Health and/or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to intervene in Preventive Counseling on HIV, and persons in charge of a laboratory shall be relieved of civil liability upon remitting to the Program the confidential information requested on the forms provided for such purpose by the Department.
