(a) The Secretary may cause to be published from time to time reports summarizing all judgments, decrees, and court orders which have been rendered under this chapter, including the nature of the charge and the order derived therefrom.(b) The Secretary may also cause to be disseminated such information on food, drugs, devices and cosmetics as he may deem necessary in the interest of public health and the protection of the consumer against fraud. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit him from collecting, reporting and illustrating the results of his investigations.
