In regard to slaughterhouses or establishments which process meat food products, the Department of Health of Puerto Rico shall continue carrying out the functions in connection with the operation of said slaughterhouses or establishments for the inspection of meats and its processed products, in accordance with the provisions of §§ 761—764 of this title, and of the Health Regulation No. 26 promulgated September 8, 1914, subject to the provisions of § 774h of this title.
