Application for a license shall be filed in the Department of Health on a blank form furnished thereby and shall contain such information as said Department may reasonably require. Provided, That all licenses to operate coffee businesses so far granted upon the taking of effect of this act shall continue in force if they meet the requirements herein prescribed. Every coffee roasting plant shall display its license to the public in a conspicuous place.
