Every violation of § 822 of this title shall be considered a misdemeanor, and no person violating it more than once shall be granted a license for carrying on the business referred to in said section. History —Apr. 20, 1928, No. 24, p. 166, § 6, eff. 90 days after Apr. 20, 1928.
