(a) Any regulations promulgated by the Secretary of Health under the provisions ofthis chapter shall be in accordance with § 179 of Title 3.(b) It is hereby provided that to the effects of § 854 and of subsection (a) of § 851 of this title, as amended by this act, it shall be understood that the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, approved June 25, 1938, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, shall be applicable in accordance with the said federal act and regulations as amended to the date of approval of this act.
