The Secretary shall prescribe, in accordance with the provisions of law, the necessary regulations for the enforcement of this chapter. Said regulations shall include provisions on labeling. History —May 13, 1951, No. 430, p. 1212, § 3, eff. 90 days after May 13 1951.
