The Court of First Instance shall have exclusive original jurisdiction to take cognizance of the cases of violations of this chapter or of the regulations hereunder, and to impose penalties therefor. History —May 13, 1951, No. 430, p. 1212, § 7, eff. 90 days after May 13, 1951.
