Every importer of tuberculin shall file a declaration of its importation with the Secretary of Health of Puerto Rico on the date of the receipt of the tuberculin in Puerto Rico, or prior thereto, if possible. History —Apr. 30, 1936, No. 49, p. 282, § 4, eff. 90 days after Apr. 30, 1936.
