Any person violating this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and for the first violation he shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100); and for subsequent violations he shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200).\nHistory —May 5, 1939, No. 115, p. 600, § 6, eff. 90 days after May 5, 1939.
