If the true identity of a person is proven after the resolution was made to certify the death and it was recorded in the Bureau of Vital Statistics of Puerto Rico as John Doe or Joan [Jane] Doe, the court shall issue the pertinent resolution directing the Secretary of Health to make the corresponding change.\nHistory —Dec. 12, 1985, No. 1, p. 895, § 5.
