Any entity engaging in actions contrary to the provisions set forth herein shall incur a misdemeanor.\nFurthermore, any entity shall be held civilly liable for the total damages caused to any interested party that have arisen as a consequence of infringing the provisions of this chapter.\nHistory —Dec. 22, 2009, No. 191, § 5, eff.
