The Secretary of Health shall inform the keepers of the Registers of all such diseases as are considered contagious or transmissible and dangerous to public health, and when a death due to any of said diseases is registered, the keeper of the Register shall immediately notify the health officer of the district on a printed form prepared for the purpose, so that the latter may take the necessary precautions to prevent the propagation of such disease.\nHistory —Apr. 22, 1931, No. 24, p. 228, § 33, eff. 90 days after Apr. 22, 1931.
